2 clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (if relevant)
Once we confirm the issue, we'll send a full replacement or issue a full refund—your choice. What counts as damage? Physical breakage or defects in the product itself. Dented or scuffed packaging alone (with the product intact) doesn't qualify. We can't accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:
Damage from normal use, wear and tear, or mishandling
Change of mind or buyer's remorse
Order CancellationsNeed to cancel or tweak your order? Let us know within 1 hour of purchase via email. We'll cancel it right away and refund you instantly.
